Golf Requires Mental Focus, Fitness, and Agility

For those who are looking for a game that requires a rare combination of fitness, agility, concentration, and mental focus look no further than golf.  Perhaps no other sport requires all these components to function in a unique way.  Tennis is close and is comparable to golf in many ways, but golf is still considerably different, which is just one reason behind the proliferation of golf swing teaching aids.
