The ETF Trading System and its Types

The ETF trade signals involves the trading of index funds, which are like stocks, in the stock market. ETFs or exchange-traded funds have several types. The first type is the “Index ETFs” or index funds which holds securities and aims to duplicate the stock market index’ performance. The second type is the “commodity ETFs” which invest in commodities like futures and precious metals. The third type is the “currency ETFs” which tracks all the chief currencies worldwide. There is also the “actively managed ETFs” which is quite recent (March 2008) and are very transparent with their securities portfolio are published in the internet. The next type is the “exchange-traded grantor trusts” and the last type is the “leveraged ETFs”.
