My husband and I like to have nice things. We just don’t like to pay the high prices that stores ask for them. We found a number of ways to buy nice things at cheaper prices. One way is to buy from online auction sites. The other is to visit the dented and dinged section of retail stores. I got a great deal on my bedroom furniture. It was in that section of the store because the footboard and one of the dressers drawers was broken. My husband nailed the dresser drawer shut, and we didn’t use the footboard for the bed. We got a headboard, a dresser, a chest of drawers, an armoire, and two night stands for a fourth of the original price. There is nothing worng with any other pieces. I didn’t really need the extra drawer space anyway, as I have a walk-in closet. And, the bed look fine without the footboard.
