Some of the things I did to treat my anxiety.

During High school I started to have panic attacks that would occasionally hit me pretty hard. I would feel like I was having a heart attack and I was only sixteen years old. As I got older the attacks became more frequent and the physical feelings only got worse and worse. I ended up going to see a doctor. He prescribed me some medications to calm down my anxiety panic attacks. They worked for a while;however the side effects caused me problems with my schoolwork. I eventually got into some yoga and that seemed to help a lot. I guess different things work for different people.
