Our thoughts and meditation
We are connected with the world around us through the medium of thoughts. Spirituality takes a lot of place in healing practices like yoga and meditation. There are one hundred and twelve techniques mentioned that can be used to practice meditation. It is not necessary to be proficient in all or most of the techniques to gain the benefits of meditation. One can begin learning from free short guided meditation sessions and learn a lot. Meditators can choose from various popular as well as obscure methods of meditation, such as walking meditation or the more complex Kabbalah meditation. Our experiments with these thoughts and meditation practice have given highly satisfactory results.
