Hello,Over the years, I have collected many pieces of lapis lazuli – since that deep pretty blue color always makes me feel so nice. Now, I’m beginning to wonder if some of my collection might not be sodalite stones instead of lapis lazuli. I sure didn’t know that sodalite jewelry had special meanings or properties. I’ve noticed that when I wear some of my pretty dark blue stones that I don’t feel very hungry at lunch time; not long ago, I mentioned this to a friend while we were at a salad bar and she joked that my necklace had special powers. Inside beginners dance classes you start to learn the mechanics of dancing, the technique and way of moving that makes those dancers on TV look so good. And you’ll probably learn a a dance routine that seems so hard you’ll have trouble keeping up with though the regulars seem to have no problem.

It’s definitely wise to start in beginners classes, learn what you have to and then go onto harder classes in time. Those intermediate classes look so amazing though! 

Whenever I watch the live performances of music artists that dance I always like to watch the backup dancers as well. Now most the time, the artists or bands that do dance are usually pretty good, definitely better than average.

But I can’t help but notice how much better and more professional that every backup dancer looks compared to the main artist. I guess they trained hard at their dancing, whilst artists typically get a crash course in choreography and dance steps.

There are of course exceptions where the main artists can more than hold their own or even be better than the backup dancers. Michael Jackson, Usher, Beyonce and Janet Jackson certainly come to mind.

But I do wonder if sometimes the backup dancers are told to tone it down so as not to ‘outshine’ the artist. From what I’ve heard this isn’t uncommon. If that’s the case I wonder how good some of these dancers must be when they’re not toning it down!
