Denver Homes
I’m looking at a list of Denver home mortgage rates right now, and am thinking about getting into the market over there. The rates look good (thank you economic turndown) and the home prices look even better (ditto). Of course, there are other cities that seem appealing, but Denver seems like nice enough of a place. It’s close to the mountains (and skiing!), and has one of the most highly educated populations in the US. I think owning a home there would be a great thing, especially since I do enjoy many of the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offers it’s future home buyers.
