Jobless
When I was just out of college, I worked for six months for a shuttle bus manufacturer in the city. I had a degree in computer engineering, but so did everyone else. I guess the job market just couldn’t afford us all that year. So, I found a job that sounded interesting and did it. It wasn’t the best job in the world, but it paid well. Plus, I got to see some pretty neat stuff. After all, how many people do you know who have seen a limousine being put together? After about six months, a job opening appeared and I jumped at it. It wasn’t that good of a company, but I worked my way up. Now, I do a job that I love for a company I respect. However, it isn’t nearly as interesting as the limo job.
